House Keeping Services
House keeping refers to a general cleaning & maintenance in a clinical environment. The purpose of house keeping is to reduce the number of micro organisms at the site.

We will first meet you to identify your site requirements from your key house keeping goals to your safety requirements. Then we follow a transition check list so that no aspect of the transaction is over looked.

The scope of work would encompass cleaning the premises so that the whole premises from the entrance onwards is clean and is presentable at all the times .The House Keeping Services will be of a comprehensive nature as cleaning of the whole premises including open area , cleaning, wet moping , dry moping, dusting etc., of the furniture, floor and ceiling.


We pay special attention to those areas as they are prone to un hygienic conditions if not clean properly like urinal stands, toilets bowls, wash basins etc.

 
Our teams of A 2 Z are known to handle all kinds of equipments like automatic scrubber driers, commercial vacuums, high pressure water jet cleaners, lawn mowers, carpet/upholstery cleaning machines and floor washing machines.

We at A 2 Z have introduced a comprehensive client feedback system to ensure proper services have been delivered at premises via regular SMS system and feedback sheets (Weekly/Monthly). Not only collecting the feedbacks from our esteemed clients, but also rectifying the remarks given by respected unit in-charge.

We strictly ensure the following while associating with our valued customer:

  • Our staff deployed at premises shall be experienced and professional on his job.
  • He shall be in good uniform standards and shall maintain the reputation of A 2 Z as well as Valued customer.
  • He shall under stand the clients nature of business and shall act accordingly, thus he may not be the interruption for clients business activities.
  • He shall be able to read the check list (Common Areas, Toilets) and shall follow.
  • He shall know how to use the cleaning chemicals.
  • He shall not develop any kind of intimacy with the client staff.
  • He shall be verified by A 2 Z in terms of character and criminal history.
  • Proper check list to be followed as per the requirements of premises and accurate supervision from A 2 Z shall be made.
  • Frequent change of manpower shall not be made until unless the staff resigns or on leave with proper reasons.
  • Monthly/quarterly refreshment courses will be conducted by A 2 Z Facility Services.
  • They shall wear proper Identity card.
  • Telephone mannerism.
  • First Aid Tips.
  • Emergency Crisis to help staff and to safe guard the client’s property thus by playing an active roll on any untoward.
